- During manufacturing, the shoulder strap buckle (for length adjustment) was not attached to the left strap. Since the webbing is reinforced and a bit thicker at its end, it is not easy to push it through. However, with some patience and a pair of pliers, it should be possible to suceed. (We had a previous case where we succeeded!) Alternatively, a tailor / cobbler with the right equipment should be able to repair this.

This product can only be ordered to an address within the EU. Shipping will be processed by the 6th of December. If you include items in your order that are not from our "Adopt a Bag" collection, these will be shipped in a separate parcel, which is likely to be sent out earlier.
